Product Seed is an independent publication by Kostya. It exists for the people building the next generation of software — solo founders, AI builders, product people, and small teams operating at the edge of what's becoming possible.

There are two streams. Product Seeds are weekend-buildable AI product ideas, written as compact briefs: problem, user, MVP, workflow, monetization. Field Notes are longer strategic essays — operating models, org design, and the structural shifts hidden under the label "AI transformation."

Nothing here is corporate. Everything here is a draft of a future that is already arriving.
